Do I need a credit card to sign up for the free trial?

No. Only if you decide to continue with a paid account after the trial period expires you will be asked to enter your credit card details and get billed accordingly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Prices are in UK Pounds, VAT will be added for EU users.

What is my commitment?

altaVENTE Document Protector is a pay-as-you-go service. You do not commit to any long-term contracts. If you decide to cancel, for any reason, you'll be billed to the end of the current paid-up period.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time from the "My Account" button.

My organisation has more than 100 users, can you help?

Yes. Please Contact us at sales@altavente.com for assistance in setting up bulk user accounts.

Will the account subscription price increase?

Prices may increase periodically for new users, however, the price paid when joining the service will remain the same for the lifetime of your account subscription.
