The Toolbar is the master control panel for Document Protector. From here you can easily access all the service features with one click.

The Lock Icon takes you to the main Protect screen, where you can choose the documents you wish to protect.

The Recipients Icon takes you to the Recipients screen where you can add, edit and delete recipients and recipient groups.

The Get Client button downloads the latest client software for your PC.

Send Reader will open an email with the details of where to download the free reader which you can send to a new recipient.

The Account Usage Summary shows your use of the service over time.

The History button takes you to the audit history of all your protects from where you can recover passwords or redo jobs.

The Settings button takes you to the default settings page where you can set defaults for password, expiry, licence and splash screen.

My Account allows you to view your account settings and change your password.

The logout button safely logs you out of the service.
